We start in “The Eternal” city of Rome to admire ancient Roman ruins, tour the Vatican and Vatican Museums, and walk through Villa d’Este and Villa Adriana in Tivoli. We then make our way to Umbria where we will visit small charming Medieval towns interspersed through the mountains and enjoy exquisite farm to table food. In the small town of Montone we will stay at Locanda del Capitano, a small boutique hotel owned by well-known Italian chef and childhood friend, Giancarlo Polito. From here we will take day trips to Gubbio, Spello and Cortona.
