We then make our way to Umbria where we will visit small charming Medieval towns interspersed through the mountains and enjoy exquisite farm to table food. In the small town of Montone we will stay at Locanda del Capitano, a small boutique hotel owned by well-known Italian chef and childhood friend, Giancarlo Polito. We came back from two of the most memorable weeks in Italy and cannot wait to be back soon!”Angela and Keith, W.
