A journey through ancient past, ruins, medieval villages, cultural treasures, natural wonders and amazing food. We will start in Rome enjoying comfortable walks around the eternal city and a day trip to hike the parks and villas in Tivoli.
We will then travel north to Umbria to enjoy the slow-food scene of small ancient Etruscan towns, surrounded by picturesque landscape and incredible nature.
We will be staying at the Locanda of Giancarlo Polito, an acclaimed Italian Chef and childhood friend, with him will be cooking, wine tasting and much more.
Hi, my name is Antimo and I will be your trip leader. I am an expert in experiential travel and wellness, I am also a chef and leadership development consultant. It will be my pleasure to share these passions with you. Along with the famous chef Giancarlo Polito who lives in Montone, Umbria, we will facilitate a wonderful cultural experience and delight you palate every step of this journey.
We are both born and raised in Manduria, Puglia only our lives diverged in our early twenties and reconnected twenty years later to find that we share similar passions.
