Once the dough is made it requires two to three hours to rise so in the meantime, you may wish to explore the old town of Manduria, it dates back to 338 BCE and was destroyed by the Saracens in 10th century and then rebuilt, which our Local will be happy to show you around and assist you with any shopping you care to do while downtown. At last, you will head back to Gianna’s and Leonardo’s for dinner. When you get there, the wood-fired oven will be blazing away and ready for you to get started on making your own pizza, or have them make you one with any ingredients you would like.
