Hands-On Art in Portugal: Form, Function and Food

Boliqueime, PortugalCall For Price Full Day

This one-of-a-kind Experience will bring you into the life of a wonderful passionate French artist in the South of Portugal and includes one-night stay and breakfast. Angelina is a wife, mother and innovative artist from whom you will learn how to make beautiful functional modern objects (e.g. picture frame, candle sticks) completely out of recycled cardboard. (This is only due to time constraints as Angelina makes even entire furniture out of cardboard.)

Join Angelina in her studio at her private home in the small coastal town of Boliqueime. Together you will make something truly unique that you can bring back with you. For lunch, Angelina will take you to her family’s favorite restaurant where, on your own, you can enjoy local delicacies and the best daily fresh fish you will ever have. Don’t worry even if you are a vegetarian you we will be able to sample some amazing local dishes! In the afternoon as you finish your creation she will serve you a few snacks and then can enjoy the rest of the day as you like. As part of this Experience, you will stay in your private self-sufficient chalet on her property by the swimming pool where you can take a dip and/or relax poolside.
