Manduria: Beautiful Beaches and Lunch with a Local

Manduria: Beautiful Beaches and Lunch with a Local

Manduria, ItalyCall For Price Full Day

This is the perfect experience for those who love going to the beach, soaking in the sun, relaxing on fine white sand, snorkeling, swimming, and checking out several local beaches. The first beach is Piri Piri, just a few miles from Maruggio. The second stop is Campomarino where if you fancy a gelato, you can buy one at Panna e Cioccolato our Local’s favourite hangout place. The final beach is actually more of a three-mile stretch of rocky beaches and dunes covered with wild thyme and rosemary bushes, worth stopping along in a few places to check out the view and dip your toes in the water.

By the end of your beach quest, it should be lunchtime, for which you will join Antonella’s family at their beach house for an Italian feast. Make sure you have a huge appetite for a two-plus-hour-long seated meal full of cheer and local wine. Once you’ve had your fill, you can opt for a snooze on the beach or even rent a pedal boat, if weather permits.

The final stop, depending on your energy, will be the beautiful, serene beach of the Salina dei Monaci and Torre Colimena.
