Dominica From Dawn to Sunset
Roseau, DominicaCall For Price Full Day
Getting up early on a tropical island has its advantages — you get to experience the magic moments of the rainforest coming to life. You’ll be able to appreciate how the sounds change, the rituals of the people, animals, and birds around you, and witnessing the stunning sunrise. Our Local, Tana, will pick you up at the crack of dawn to take you to her favorite viewpoint and then proceed to a local place to enjoy breakfast. Once you’re fueled up, the adventure continues with hiking and exploring off-the-beaten-path places that you can only find with a Local. You will be traveling east to west, cutting through the heart of Dominica’s rainforest, stopping anytime you please to jump in a river, take photos, or just enjoy the amazing views.
For lunch, you are in for a treat — Tana will take you to a popular restaurant serving delicious local food and home to one of the best-manicured gardens on the entire island . After the meal, you can relax your mind, body, and soul by soaking in the mineral water warm springs that are surrounded by luscious greenery and enchanting flowers. In the afternoon, enjoy a short hike to see Trafalgar Falls, and then head off to the city of Roseau to enjoy the local spice market. From there, the options to enjoy the sunset are many, from Champagne Beach to Scott’s Head, Tana will recommend the perfect place for you, depending on where you are on your adventure.
